    White-color ganache chocolate recipe:
    ingredient :
    200 gr white compound chocolate
    50 gr of liquid milk (UHT)
    50 gr whipping cream (Non Dairy)
    100 gr of jelly glazer
    How to make ganache :
    1. Chopped white chocolate and then melt chocolate. set aside.
    2. Mix liquid milk and whip cream in one pan then cook until boiling. turn off the stove and lift it.
    3. put the glazing jelly into hot liquid milk and stir well.
    4. add white chocolate melted and stir well.
    5. strain ganache chocolate then let stand briefly ± 15 minutes before use.
