I think it is an inside joke about Nayeon's boyfriend. There are various theories by the fans about who that might be, but no one knows.
Some fans think she is dating Seventeen Mingyu who is 2 years younger than her. Or she could actually be dating an older guy and Jeongyeon is teasing her about that by guessing the opposite. We just don't know.
