Great content. I've been using supcase unicorn beetle pro for a long time. But 2 weeks ago, I actually dropped my phone when the car door hit my arm when the wind blew it closed in my driveway. My s23 ultra is in the unicorn beetle pro clear case. It hit hard on the driveway and then went under my car. I was expecting the worst when I picked it up. Like I said, I never dropped my phone in or out of a case. But when I picked it up, it was not a scratch or dink or crack on the front screen or camera. And not even a scuff on the case. And it fell shoulder high. I'm 5"10. Love supcase. I also bought it made by them, Armorbox by I-Blason.
Nice review Al. You're always very thorough. Over the last 4 years, I've had the Unicorn Beatle for my Galaxy Note 9 and had a Unicorn Beatle for my Galaxy 7 before that. This has been my favorite case of all the cases I've tried over the years for a few different reasons. I feel like it offered the perfect balance of protection vs sleekness and functionality. I work in the field and I tend to be hard on my phones so protection is really the most important factor for me. And I feel like the Unicorn offered the best protection other than an Otterbox, but the Otterbox cases were just too bulky and boxy with hard edges for my liking. I don't use the belt clip, because I prefer to slide my phones in and out of my back pocket. So having rounded edges so it slides in and out of my pockets easily is also very important to me. The Unicorn checks all of those boxes for me. I've tried some of the other cases like the Case-olegy, and while it's also a nice case, I didn't think it offered enough protection for the way I use my phone. I just ordered my new Galaxy Ultra last night, so this review came out just in time for me to know which case I'll be getting again. Thanks!
Was wondering how well the Samsung wallet case stays closed and open when folded open? I've had the Otterbox Strata case on my S8+ and it has saved it for years. It's gone flying with the case open during a run and fallen face down on a brick edge without a scratch. I'm concerned that if the case opens when dropped, there doesn't seem to be much lip protection for the glass. The Otterbox has a magnetic flap to keep it open and securely closed. Might try the Unicorn Beatles. Like that color. Already got the new Casebourne Armadillotek for s23 ultra. And the quality is amazing. New design. But doesn't have holder clip so may try this one also.

The magnet seems pretty decent when you have it closed and it does seem to hold the phone pretty well from the inside thank you for your comment

Si usas el que tiene el plástico incorporado, yo no uso ese, uso el transparente sin protector.
