It's actually next to the huber YMCA, the neighborhood is SO quiet and the interstate is right there. Loved that location! If you're wanting downtown I lived in the st. clair lofts for a bit and loved them as well!!! The living room had floor to ceiling windows and let soooo much light in. :)
Good luck in your new job and home! I would love a decor video you have a lovely calming style that I find inspiring. I really need to do something here ☺️ My attempts so far consist of hanging a couple of pictures and some pink faux flowers in a pink vase lol.
Interesting to compare! For the same size in my area of New Zealand you would get a rickety cold 80 year old cottage last partially renovated in the 1980's for $2000 that freezes in winter in the cheapest part of town. Uninsulated no heat pump no airconditioning. The cute rug you brought for $40 would cost us $400 -500 here in ugly garish tones not pretty softones. I live 5 minutes drive from a small town.
OH WOW!!!! I would never be able to afford anything there!!! The views have to be breathtaking though.... might be worth it! Wonder how much counselors make..... :P
If you don’t mind me asking, what apartment is this? I’m looking for an apartment in the area around April-Mayish. Also, do you have any other recommendations for apartments in Dayton?
Of course, I loved it there so I would happily recommend it. :) It's waterstone at carriage trails. It's in huber heights. I lived downtown in St. Clair apartments before as well and enjoyed it there. Depends if you want to be downtown or just nearby!
Which apartment is this I’m moving to Dayton in August for a new teacher job
