Jason Mayeroff I completely agree. Feb 19th is the next time he will be in court for the readiness conference. A deal may be worked out in regards to all of this and who knows the outcome. It could go either way to be honest but more than likely, I think he will take a plea deal to not have a trial and probably wont spend no more than 3 - 5 years in prison and then a few on probation or the judge could throw the book at him and give him life because that can happen according to the law in Cali for solicitation. I just hope for the best outcome for everyone involved

They may wait until Tim gets out to get back together and do another album, only time will tell or they might have some stuff that no one has ever heard and they could release that. I just do hope that the members are able to find work or bands they can tour with and/or work for during this most difficult time.
Yes, Tim changed his plea from not guilty to guilty, so in May is when he gets sentenced and then we will know the length of time. I love it how people come on here and post nothing but horrible comments in regards to the situation. Yes, what Tim had done was terrible and yes, he deserves any and all punishment that he does receive and I do think he would agree with that.
Maybe after he does get out, like he has said over on his FB a while ago, that then he can fully talk about what transpired during this time and what pushed him to cross that line or really attempt to cross that line. Speculation will get no one anywhere, so, yeah, we do not know his mental state during this time and I am more interested into what caused him to attempt this, what pushed him over the edge because this is the first time he has been in any sort of legal trouble and yeah
People have been saying that he will receive the maximum sentence of 9 yrs and then, I think, 5 or 6 years of probation but I really do not know. Its all up to the judge and how he weighs everything etc. Seeing how Tim has never been in trouble before and despite the max term being 9 yrs, I think that he may receive up to 3 yrs and then probation or then again, he may get the book thrown at him by the judge. Even if he does get the max of 9 yrs, he will probably be out within 2-5 with good behavior etc.
I am probably one of the few on here that hasnt posted a comment such as - RIP Lambesis' Butthole or any of the other asinine comments on here. While, I gather they are trolling, as I do from time to time, those that write comments such as this really just need to be quiet and let the adults write the comments because when you have to stoop to writing something as childish as some of these comments on here, it really shows your age and mental capacity and they just need to get off the internet and give it back to their parents.
So anyways, yes, while I do hope that Tim does get any and all the help he does need if and when he is incarcerated, what I do hope is that the band members and once he gets out, will patch things up and he will attempt to make it up to them. I just hope that they dont drop him like its hot and distance themselves from him during these times. Yes, he did something absolutely horrible, but, I do hope that they will stand by him, still be there for him, and help him overcome this once he gets out and that is if and when he does receive any length of time

I got here from a link in an article on Tim. This is the first time I'm hearing the new stuff as I refused to buy it when it was released for what he tried to do. It's a damn shame. This song is good, and I was a big ADM fan. The concept and the music were great. The sad irony is ADM was music I could listen to when I wanted a laugh and a rush. It was happy/good energy music. Now I can't even listen to it because I'll think of what Tim tried to do, and I can't rock out to that.
