Reading these comments makes me realise how little non-muslims integrate with muslims. If they actually got to know the majority of them, they would soon realise that we just want to live in peace in our homes and we do have British values because we are British. My muslim friends serve in the armed forces and NHS. We pay our taxes and contribute to the society we live in and help out anyone who needs help regardless of race. In fact, we are now looking at the 3rd generation of muslims in this country who have zero links with any other country.

@@MichelleTophamWell actually that's not really true. 2.4 million let in in 2 years, mostly from legal student visas and dependents. And it's those numbers which are driving massive housing shortages and infrastructure problems (89% housing deficit linked to migration, mostly legal).
Immigration be it legal or illegal has been no unwilling mistake by the last 2/3 governments. The huge ever growing figures are very much deliberate. A lower birth rate and lazy idle generations have meant that migration has been necessary. It’s the fact the governments that have never admitted this to the British public that is the real farce.

I feel exactly like Zia. I'm also from an immigrant family but my family brought investment here. I paid for my education and I'm Christian. What I have seen recently in London has been alarming. Real change is needed. Britain has a distinct culture we've all come to love and should defend.

One of the most patriotic people ive ever met was a ex british army Muslim Turkish nurse, working in a British hospital who'd bought a house here....... I know quite a few Iranian Americans (I am American), and I can tell you, they are thankful to be Americans by choice, their children and grandchildren are all a great credit to their parents and to our nation. All came either shortly before or after the 1970s Iranian Revolution. The more recent migrating populations and Muslim refugees are not necessarily so thankful here either. They all bring their oppression here to our communities, which is of great concern even to the rest of the legal immigrants who have already made something of themselves in our country.

As a proud British Muslim, born and raised here, I have always cherished the unparalleled freedoms and tolerance the UK offers to people of different faiths, colors, and creeds. In my 37 years, and through my travels around the world, I have found no place more accepting and inclusive.
While there are individuals who may harbor racist or bigoted views, they are a small minority and do not define the essence of our nation.
Previously, I paid little attention to politics and voting, believing all parties were essentially the same. However, I have come to respect Nigel Farage for his willingness to speak truths and address issues that other politicians avoid to maintain their power. For the first time, I voted in favor of reform, driven by a desire for genuine change.
The UK undoubtedly faces significant challenges, and the Conservative party has made notable errors over the past 14 years. Despite this, I firmly believe in our country's potential to rise above these difficulties and offer a fresh perspective to the world.
We need a revival of spiritual power to dispel the darkness that has spread globally. By setting aside our differences and uniting, we can restore the UK to its former glory and lead by example on the world stage.
