If you are still interested in this trick: Try doing a 5 beat weave but being in Wall plane. Then instead of twisting to get to the other side you lift your arms and then do the first beat behind your back. Normally with a 5 beat weave you untwist your arms and then twist again, begin the back you do the same and try to end up in the other side. That is how I learned. It is an amazing sequence! Also helps to 0.25x the video
in my experience the most controlled and lengthing burns come from using White gas liquid camp fuel. lamp oil works, but its a bit of a short burn and leaves a odd smell

I always use Lampoil but my flames almost dissappear when I play fsster
