  • First up, kayak stroke while sitting on yoga ball.
    Warm-up - jog, skip, etc. - 5min.
    Footwork 1 - jog out, shuffle to side, sprint, do a number of reps and on alternate sides.
    Footwork 2 - jog out, toe taps on mat (see video), sprint to end, do a number of reps.
    Footwork 3 - one tap between each hurdle, next lap is 3 taps between each hurdles, 3rd lap is sideways over hurdles, alternate sides.
