You're right about the controlling thing as D.O.'s power is earth force. So he controls the movements. You can even see it in the Monster vid. Another great team based dance is Super Junior's Spy. They hate that choreography by the way LOL! Especially since if one or more member is absent, they had to redo the whole choreo.

They don’t appear to be watching to make sure they don’t step on someone’s foot or knock someone over, they just move with and around each other effortlessly, or they make it look that way. I guess that must be part of a dance team’s training. How in the name of dogs do so many idols dance in Chuck’s? They’re sticky and unsupportive as hell! Maybe that’s just bad memories of gym class talking. Or maybe they’re wearing $1,000 Chuck knock-offs 🧐

Electric Kiss of EXO is one of the best hardest choreos. It has 36-40 transition ot was really hard but really dead ass when it comes to live. Every move that the boys do it always synchronized to the beat of the song. Especially Oh la la la but it was sad deleted it because it's perfect and very synchronized everything hoping you can react to Oha la la you can still find here even SM deleted it
Yup.. Yup.. I am no dancer but the choreography is very complicated with over 30 formations and I bet it's tiring to perform it. However, EXO managed to execute it effortlessly.. Although EXO is generally known for their amazing vocals, I think their dancing is great too. They always looks so effortless, sharp and smooth at the same time...
EXO dread performing this song because of all the crazy formations in this choreography~ Xiumin said it himself in SM's current survival show :D This is like what Spy is to Super Junior, for example, because they dread that choreo because of its formation and how difficult it is to remember.
