good question.. never thought about that, because the bigger problem is to get clear notes at all, and then control the pitch... there is a harmonic series that changes every time you grab it, so that is my main point of interest until now.. but I will try for range, depends on length, tension, thickness, so it will be different, but I am sure that it depends even more on the players abilities.. just got about two octaves, but tried in a hurry on a balloon lying around...
