I loved your video! I have been a hobby baker and now I want to start my little side business. However, I'm really struggling with prices and how to market to specific clients. I have faced those clients that go for cheaper. My husband tells me that I should probably not use good quality products so I can lower my prices. But I really don't want to do that. Honeslty, it's been quite a struggle for me.
Tip #3 is so true,I have a habit to buy things that I don't realy need & expensive,then I found that more to good value for money. Now I have those things,I don't use them. I use the cheaper 1. Thank you for sharing your tips! I love baking & decorate cake but still not enough skills to sell. I just make for friends.
Thank you for the lesson.. i could make few good desserts and hv been selling some cream puff and other of my special desserts, but the tough thing always is, when my good friends want to order my cake i always hestitate to charge / give pricelist for them 😅 sometimes i ended up gave them free for whatever event they celebrate 🙈 . then now since i hv a baby i don't hv much time to make desserts as much as before, her 1st birthday is coming up next month, i feel challange to make every desserts by myself i don't know if i could be able to acomplish everything .

What I did is to buy over the cake and create a website on it and put a new logo with my name. It is simple brand stickers on it. I had indeed zoom with the supplier on how to cake make and with HSA standard on it. So what do you think is it a good idea to set up by order it from home and get my supplier delivery to my customer in my country like Malaysia. Thank you.

I've started building my brand on social media already (that's how I found your channel actually, through Instagram). I'm struggling with figuring out how to price things. You touched on it briefly but have you done a video before explaining how you figure out what to charge for your baked goods? That would be really helpful!
