Took ages to appear on UK RUclips but was well worth the watch. After Trumps latest rally the aphasia is even more marked. Dementia patients have ischemic strokes often( mum used to call them ‘her funny turns’ before diagnosis) but those build up and the emotional pressure could easily lead to the ‘event’ you read in the cards. And trump has said a couple of things sounding like he might not be taking the stand like back pedaling in a way !! So i think given his previous well documented adderal use, he must take very large amounts and that's what the nodding off is all about. Added to this, fronto temporal dementia is my guess, the balance issues and the losing ends of words and sentences added to the confabulation (which isn't the same as lying, which he also does). He also has had a massive reduction in his vocabulary, it's so restricted as to be almost comically repetitive. He literally speaks in pre set phrases and maxims and isn't able to be flexible at all if asked a question. His likely escape from all this will be health based.

I just wanted to mention something that came up with a Susan Lynn subscriber on Closed Captions. Sometimes viewers get frustrated because they think you, the channel star, did not set the Closed Captions setting to ON. Closed Captions are auto generated by RUclips, but it is available after a time delay (not sure about the time delay, but I watched the LIVE on replay with Linda G two hours after the initial play, and I had Closed Captions). Hence, LIVE presentations on RUclips do not have Closed Captions. For those of us with hearing issues, we can watch the video after the LIVE with Closed Captions. To get the Closed Captions, tap the video playing, and you will see symbols in the upper right hand frame of the video. Tap “CC” (Closed Captions) and if the presenter had the CC options on for viewers, the viewer will see the Closed Captions at the bottom of the screen. The lettering will be in WHITE on iPads, phones, and computers. Some televisions do allow the viewer to have the captions in a different color, so this option may be available to viewers watching RUclips on their big screen television. (For people, like my husband, with vision issues, having the option to have the lettering in YELLOW instead of WHITE makes it easier for him to discern the writing at the bottom of the screen.)
