Aqua was honestly one of the sweetest characters in this series that wasn’t really evil and she ended up getting impaled by Rapunzel just because she lost literally one time. I can’t remember every little detail, but I think Nanashi and Aqua would’ve been a good couple had she actually survived. I’m really glad those ice siblings were killed, because they were just plain vile and unforgivable.

Especially a world where it prides itself on power and strength. Those who play nice are bound to get walked on all over. Such naivety is the reason as to why Aqua was disgusted and killed off by the likes of Rapunzel and her younger brother. But I guess they would've killed her anyway regardless. You gotta remember that this tournament is a War Game. The contestants that fight in this tournament don't mess around.

They never explain why being a living corpse is so bad. Were just supposed to assume that immortality comes with the side effect of not really feeling alive.

I always thought that the zombie tattoo curse would gradually age you in appearance but still kept you alive to the point that you wish you HAD died. One can only live a life so long before they become completely jaded by it all. It's like having experienced all that life has to offer, so there's really nothing new or exciting to live for. A life like that would definitely be boring fast.

L. It's one thing to like anime characters, but to obsess over them to the point that you think they are dateable real-life humans is one of the reasons why people like you give anime a bad name. And it's also one of the many reasons why people new to anime are completely turn-offed by it and think people who obsess over it are weird.
Man rolan is like Sojiro from Rurouni Kenshin. Both blue hair, both orphans, both ignoree by society when they needed it the most and both are ridiculously OP that they were not defeatable.
I can understand that people find Rolan to be quite charming at points, but in my eyes he’s just a maniac who thinks that having Phantom around is like being in God’s presence and he just makes me sick.
I'm glad that Alviss didn't win this fight. If he did, it would've made the fight predictable and boring. Also, he relies too much on his Thirteen Totem Pole shtick too much when he literally have an op guardian he could've busted out on an opponent like Rolan. Talk about disappointment.
