Here in Saudi blood sugar level #lessthan 140mg/dl is normal... A reading of more than 200mg/dl after two hours means you have diabetes. Was shocked to hear that her BP was 600mg/dl. She was extremely lucky to escape things like stroke and heart attack, she should thank God for that.

Until last year Nov ndio safari yangu ilifika ,gufuata thamili ni kindu kiagoro secondly mundu agathii na irathimo CIA famili yake ,also on other hand huyu Mungu alimpeleka huko atengeneze ushuhuda
