The absolute best way to boost your T levels is intermittent fasting added to your training 16/18 hours has worked great for me I am nearly 60 and started intermittent fasting 4 years ago and shifted that last Stubborn 8/lb of fat and now look in the best shape of my life it’s helped me sleep better and have far more energy try for 4/6 weeks you will feel like a new man I noticed I gained muscle and don’t get the aches and pains i used to get I eat plenty of eggs meat fish veg low carbs no snacking no sugar olive oil and grass fed butter are good treats only 85percent dark chocolate eating less slows down the ageing process I follow the same eating program as Terry crew the well known actor and body builder do this right and your life will change for the better .
Telling people to just lower their stress and improve their sleep is not much different than telling the average guy trying to survive out here to go find rainbows and unicorns.

Sometimes my body will only do 6. I hope my workout wasn't wasted from only 6 hours of sleep following.
