The elevation series is a new fireplace by Napoleon and really like it a lot! Here are the reasons why. The Elevation comes in 2 sizes a 36" and a 42". One thing that really sets the elevation apart is its adaptability to any room decor that you have. For example. The fireplace is very much a la carte. In the sense that you pick the size fireplace that you want. You pick the brick panels that you want, and you pick the log style that you want. What is great about that, is no matter what your style preference is, you can match this fireplace really to anything that you want! You can go super contemporary with black reflective panels, and driftwood logs, or super traditional with Newport brick panels with traditional split oak logs as well. The fireplace has a variety of fronts available as well. You can do square frames in gunmetal, charcoal or copper finishes. Or you can do the arched Whitney front with nickel accent pieces.
As far as the performance of the actual fireplace, that's where this thing really shines. First off you get a double burner system which allows for maximum controls as far as heat output. You can turn the rear burner off, so that way if you dont want a ton of heat, you can just have a little bit of heat that is needed. Unit also comes with blue tooth controls so you can control this unit from your smart phone if desired. On top of that, it features an LED Ember Bed. This helps add accent lighting in the fireplace as well. Which is a nice decor feature. Also you can put a cool wall kit on this fireplace using dynamic heat control. what that means is that you can put a TV tight to the fireplace because the wall will be and stay cool to the touch!

The introduction of gas fireplace is in detail to know about
Thanks for watching!
What is the clearance to the ground on this unit? Can it be installed directly onto the concrete slab?
Yes it can no problem
What’s the difference between the porcelain reflective panel
And the black illusion glass.
Is one more glossy than the other, is one easier to maintain? What’s the advantage to the illusion glass?
glass will not permanently streak, so it holds up longer, and I think its a deeper black and gives you better reflection
How much of the heat will transfer outside when using the heat out ?
What is min BTU ? Napolean seems to not include minimum BTU on their spec sheets.
45,000. I would say half
Did you use the default glass, or black crushed glass exclusively to dim the led lights, as it comes w clear amber black and charcoal pieces.
black
I think the idea was to layer them, amber glass first, then black glass then pieces of charcoal over that which then gives a very natural ember bed.
Do you also sell the Faber Matrix gas fireplaces?
yes
what is the difference between "mirro flame black refeclive " or "black illusion glass" thank you love your channel!!!!
It’s actual black ceramic glass instead porcelain panels, it gives it a crisper look overall and cleans up better too when it gets dirty
@@embersliving when you say “crisper” what does this mean.
Is there any issues with the Napoleon Elevation 42 using propane fuel vs natural gas? I’ve heard that this unit struggles with propane and just want to see if that is legit or a sales tactic
no it shouldn't be a problem
Elevation or grand view. I feel the side vents on the dhc is a great update.
Your thinking the regency grand view model?
Embers Fireplaces & Outdoor Living Napoleon on the Elevation also allows. Both sides.
Does the 36 inch version come with the same log set? If so, I guess it looks more full in terms of logs? Also, can you take the protective glass screen off and just have the mesh safety screen in place? Thanks.
You can't take the glass off no, yeah the 36" looks pretty much the same just a little smaller.
Embers Fireplaces & Outdoor Living thanks for your reply. On the manufacturer’s website, it says “optional glass guard”. What does that mean? You talk about micro mesh in this video. I’m having a really hard time understanding what the front of this fireplace looks and feels like. Is it glass, mesh or both? Thanks.
Well I did't find out how that remote works here either.
we are going to do another video on it
I live near Pittsburgh Pennsylvania how can I buy this from you and get it professionally installed
So we can for sure offer product but I don’t have any install contacts in your area
@@embersliving OK well if there’s no dealer close to Pittsburgh that has the same products that you do I’ll have to buy it from you. I really like the presentation on the elevation and I’ve got my mind set on that one. Do you happen to know as I know you want the sell but do you happen to know if there are any dealers near Pittsburgh that sell that product
I really want to see your Elevation/Altitude comparison.
J - it’s coming, we installed the elevation in the wall, and just doing the finishing work around it! Stay tuned!
Embers Fireplaces & Outdoor Living any update?
Embers Fireplaces & Outdoor Living would really like to see this, too.
