Hi, Amy! I've lived in central PA for the past 20 yrs and grew up in western PA. Since we've had kids, the best thing to do to beat the humidity in the summers is get a pool membership. I hate wearing bathing suits in public but nothing beats jumping into the pool on one of these humid 90 degree days! When that isn't an option, we keep outside playtimes to morning and evening and spend the hottest part of the day inside with the A/C on relaxing. Hang in there! I hate the heat and humidity too. I actually bought myself a fan on Amazon that you wear around your neck that kind of look like headphones to survive the park stitch one my EGA chapter has!

Yes friend! The humidity is not my favorite either- bleh. But we deal with it because we like the rest of the weather 😂 Great projects! I'm a just go kinda gal too. I look to see if I have enough of the floss colors to start, then just go. For your stitch with Katy, maybe an anniversary sampler for y'all? I'm debating getting on board with Katy's book club. I'm not much of a romance reader, but that's the point right, to get out of the usual? Idk...to be determined I guess. So motivating with your knit and crochet! I did several granny squares for my afghan this weekend. I enjoyed stitching with you this evening : ) Happy Stitching!
