If a Dragon Ball and RPG fan were to pick up the game right now, and spend $20-$80 on it including the Legendary and Story DLC packs, you would have a good time. this is just a fantastic Dragon Ball experience.
I don't think this game gets brought up enough when we discuss good Dragon Ball games. It is far from perfect, but it's one of the best Dragon Ball experiences you can have imo.
