I used to work at a shelter and the unconditional love dogs give us is tremendous. no bias, no judgment they just love 😭
I couldn't do that, nor work at a vets or a sanctuary. It'd break my heart too much. :( You have my respect.

I'm hurting right now because I lost both my Boys to old age just eight months apart. I always kissed them good night and I either got kisses back or like some of these pups...they'd lay their head on my chest. Both passed in my arms with one last kiss on their heads... JIngko-18, and Kengi-17. They were brothers til the end. Love and miss the Boys!!
This is the only thing preventing me from getting a dog. I know the memories are worth it but I ain't trynna go through that pain lol

Yes God made all that stuff for us, and Adam gave them the names. Love is the highest thing in the universe, and the definition of love is: "GOD IS THE PERFECT LOVE". As God made all things, and we sinned against the Lord, God did not erase us, but He clearly said, if you sinn you will die! So Gods Love is the highest thing exist, He is the absolute Love, so my brothers and sisters in Adam an Eve, repent, call the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, accept him and be free from the sin, He will clean you and you will be the child of God. Why its important to accept Lord Jesus? Well the question is, do you want to be with God or not? If no, why? When you die, you have to go for judgment, and thats the part where you will go with God for eternity or if you decided against God, then you will be in eternity without God and thats what we call the Hell.
Dont think if you die, you will be gone, yes your physical body will be gone, but your Spirit not, your spirit is eternal. Read the Bible and call the Lord, if you search God and call Him, he will reveal Him to you, Amen.

We should be considerate of our gift and our dogs, and make sure dogs have other dogs in their lives as well... Humans can easily be selfish in this way and not even realize it.

I dont consider myself a dog person. But my husband's dog is pretty cute. I kiss her. But I don't appreciate the reciprocation bc she be trying to make out w/ me & sh. What I'm trying to say is that many times we're too busy or caught up in our own shit that we don't take the time to show our love. Maybe this doesn't apply to you or your loved ones, and that's fine, but many of us don't show affection for the people closest to us when we should. They display more affection for their pets, which is not a bad thing at all. They just don't take the time. A lot of people realize this when it's too late, unfortunately.
