Thank you for your insight, the best treatment that works well for me at least is by chewing 2 heads of cloves for about 4 minutes, once your mouth gets watery or produced sliva then swish it around for 4 minutes. spit it out and go to sleep. don't rinse your mouth off with water afterwards. In the morning you will notice the pain on your teeth and gums are gone and your gums feel healthy and strong!
Dilute the oils and coconut oil and use it as a mouthwash. You can also look up oil pulling.
I dip floss in oregano oil and it seems to work on gum infection
What about clove essential oils for dental ?
Clove is excellent - I put a few drops on my toothpaste.

I have a tongue that tends to hurt now and then and my mouth in front top and bottom are a bit swollen and I have dry lips constantly so I've tried antibiotic and rinse and toothpaste. Nothing helps
