Sometimes when genshin annoys me i go on yt to look at amv and remember how cool it acually is with all the cutscenes n stuff
haha, i can relate to that! sometimes if im getting annoyed at the story and stuff i find myself making an edit with the cutscenes and being like “oh wow this is pretty cool after all”
I love the little attention to detail, for example:
-The song mentions dust when Zhongli is on screen.
-The song talks about shadows when Ei is on screen.
-Teppei's house is shown when the song says "But your gone so soon."
-Xiao and Venti are on screen when the song sings "We have been here forever"
This thing is a masterpiece!
Edit: I frogot to mention
-When the song talks about dust again we see Singora literaly turning into dust.
-When the line "heavy metal broke my heart" is told Xinyan is show on screen.

Don't forget 2:19 where childe managed to get to the exuvia and traveler made a mistake and got played when the lyrics said ,"just one mistake is all it will take" (not sure if it makes sense but traveler seems to had made a mistake)

i just realized how many times the traveler falls from a big height in the story, wonder how does it feel for them since they used to have wings
i'm just imagining them talking to paimon and walking off a cliff and paimon freaking out and they're like "oh don't worry paimon i got this" and trying to fly away before they're like "oh shoot mAH WINGS AAHHHHH XIAO SHENHE GANYU AYAKA EI MIKO JEAN DILUC VENTI SOMEONE HELP-"

i LOVEEEEE lumine as villain twin!!!! honestly part of me kinda thinks it's cool if she's the hero though... i've always pictured aether as the kinder one and lumine as the colder one and just imagining lumine in that hero position is so weird and interesting to me??? i can't explain it but hopefully you know what i mean! lol

Kinda unrelated, but why is the traveler always falling? (Spoilers I guess, for the entire game)
After they defeat dvallin (I don’t exactly remember) they start falling, right? And then in the boss fight with Childe, he breaks the platform and the traveler and paimon fall to the lower level of the golden house. Then after that, when they are fighting Osial, the guizhong ballista cracks and everyone comes cracking down. I can’t remember anything from Inazuma at the moment (although I just had it, my brain decided to forget everything today), but in the new quest with Shenhe, the traveler gets blasted back from Osial’s wife and starts falling yet again. I guess people really like sweeping the traveler off their feet :D (haha im so funny)
the traveler falls faster than the worlds expectations for me LOL
the only thing i can think of for why the traveler is falling all the time is maybe because they used to have wings and could fly but now they’re not used to not having wings? that’s the only thing i can like partially think of tbh, there’s probably a better reasoning out there
@@everyedits that actually makes the think about this one comment I saw where in the Shenhe cutscene with osial’s wife, when the traveler jumped up into the air to attack her it looks like they tried to maneuver themselves midair, but couldnt thanks to the loss of their wings.
Wait, now that I think about it, the game never explained how Aether and Lumine lost their wings, did it? :0
@@kansas0606 i think the general assumption is that the unknown god sealed their wings away along with their power when she yeeted them away from each other

@@everyedits oooh, ok. And no problem, it’s always cool to learn more about the game :). I feel like I’ve wasted so much of my life on Genshin tho, and I’ve completely dived into Diluc’s backstory and found out probably everything about him. The funny part is that I started playing last September-
