Sir paano pag madali ako mapagod ngayong grade 12 when running, dinaba ako makaka test sa airforce?

You can still undergo this training as long as okay naman yung medical tests mo 😄

You have the option to not participate sa activities, pero for those na hindi marunong lumangoy tinuturuan naman po 😄

Ask lang po marami rin po ba dyan sumasali na may asthma? Then nakaka survive po ba sila sa training at nakaka pasa?

mahirap po ba mga training dyan sir panu po yan parang ndi ko po yata kaya may swimming po pala

Hindi naman siya ganon kahirap talaga, mild training lang para sa physical fitness 😄
