Viscon, in partnership with Unifortes, developed an automated crate cleaning and handling solution for Huuskes, a Dutch company producing ready meals and drinks for healthcare and corporate catering. The system can process up to 4,000 crates per hour, handling six different crate sizes, improving efficiency by automating sorting, stacking, palletizing, and transportation tasks. The solution eliminates manual steps, saving time and energy, and supports Huuskes' sustainability goals with energy-efficient water heating. Integrated with Factory Intelligence software, the system provides real-time monitoring and controls, optimizing operations and contributing to the company’s rapid growth while enhancing operational efficiency.
