first time ive watched one of your vids, really like how relatable it is. Its great watching vids of guys smash trails and sections, but im cautious, learning, like to go fast but also shit myself a bit when i do it. Hope your back out there and enjoying it again and there are more vids to come. Ive subscribed
Cheers! Great to hear that kind of feedback. It sounds like we’re very similar in our approach to riding, pushing the envelope just enough. Wrist has healed up so I’m back at it. Going back to face You Yangs again shortly! Thanks for watching!
That berm has a high casualty count it got me in that exact spot 2 fractured fingers 8 weeks off the saddle, all good now and pushing harder on the great travs diamond
Only just saw this comment, sorry to hear of your injury as well. I've heard this a lot, seems like it is notorious for crashes. I rode it recently and attacked that corner like a true weakling. One day I will master it but I'm happy to let it have the upper hand for a while. Thanks for watching
Just knowing your wrist is broken when you are going over those rocks is giving my anxiety lol. I absolutely shattered my hand a couple of years back and I can remember the pain from vibrations even months after. Can only imagine what you did to that wrist from all the bumps, using a whipper snipper for like 30 minutes was enough to wreck my hand for a week.
Man it was pure stupidity. I'd driven all that way and this was an early run, I tried to convince myself it was just a bit sore. When it seemed evident it wasn't ok I still went up for another run. This was dumb. It took a long time to heal. Sorry to hear about your hand. Hopefully it's all good now. Thanks for watching.
It’s a bit scary when you do the tracks for the first time because a lot of the tracks have a lot of unexpected rocks and dips but it’s honestly so fun just speeding all the way down when you know the track really well hehe lol
Ouch, I did that to my wrist many years ago on my bmx, hopefully your a few weeks off healing by now. When they open up the youies again would love to do a colab there with you. Great vid and yeah it is bloody cool 🙂
Ouch that looked painful! You Yangs is very challenging but once you know the trails it's awesome. Would love to collab with you sometime as Youies is my local go to trail.
You need speed to rail around that berm on Travs, too slow and you slip down the transition. Hopefully your wrist is healed up sokn and you can hit up Travs again
Cheers man. It’s healed up and I’m getting comfy on the bike again. I’ll be heading to Youies this Summer so I’ll have to try that out. Thanks for watching
awesome, felt every bump...well done dude.
Cheers mate !
On wood and up wood not down wood again! Best line ever!
Haha, Cheers 🍻
Great video, the realistic impact of a crash...it haunts you
Cheers! Yeah it takes a bit to get the old confidence back too. Thanks for watching

Brought back nightmares. Wrist set me back 6 months no gym
That sucks, mine has only just come good
Bloody hell, I fell the same spot today.! Great ride, nothing broken though just sore and sorry lol
Bad to hear, glad you're ok. Seems to be a bit of a theme going on here with that turn.
Bash guard part... Me every damn time!
Good to know I’m no the only one!
That damn wall ride 😂👍
That damn rain! Doesn’t take much. The other ones had chicken wire which helped.
The you yangs look great. Unlucky with the wrist mate. Hopefully wont be long before we can all have a proper crack again!
Cheers bro, yeah for sure can't wait to get out there. We'll have to make up for lost time!
