You can swap breeds (change look) in the observatory. We have 1 free chance daily. After that it’s 100 gem each try. Your chance to obtain the event cat is the same as any other cat. What I was doing in the video is 500 gem change, which change both breed and skill of the cats. But you don’t need to do that. Using the 100 gem option is fine.
