Gen2: corksport.com/corksport-mazda... Авто/Мото
Brother your video is way better then the official Cork Sport video. I have a 2008 MS3 and I figured this would be a good first mod. Thanks for posting and sharing. 👍😎
Thank you very much man!
i always get a hoot oot of Canadiens eh? good video, one thing i would suggest is a drop of super-glue on the top surface of the metal bushings will hold them in place until the bolts are reinstalled.
You are a natural. 👌🏽
3:06 They are likely talking about 2nd gen models, as the front power port is part of the shiftier cover, and if you have heated seats, that is also part of it, so it would be 3 wires to disconnect before you could set aside the shiftier cover, but they are very obvious.
Just a quick tip! Crazy glue them
Thanks
Just ordered some..wondering how much of a difference it makes vs the rubber oem bushings
How does it feel
Box prob cost more than the bushings,haha,. Why not just put them in a zip lock bag?
that works on mazda protege dx 2002
Recently bought these for my 2012 speed3 and it did have 2 different sized bushings (only 2 had the logo)
Safe to say it's the difference between Gen 1 and Gen 2, thanks for the info!
I got the same. Which ones did you consider as the ones with smaller logo?
Great Vid; These are glorified washers; Just take the old ones out go to Lowes/HD and get yourself a set of washers and Bada-Bing youre good to go. There is a difference in feel, but not monumental’
I'm actually looking to get myself a short shifter.. I got the JBR plate. But, I was thinking of getting
@t
@t
or
@t
The Corksport short shifter on the shortest throw setting will get you about the same throw length as the JBR plate.
Corksport does not recommend you use the plate with this shifter as it puts excessive strain on the shifter cables. Something to think about
@@moke37 Thank you.
I have a first Gen n it had thick silver metal bushings. not rubber.
Were they about the size of the stock ones I pulled out or did they look closer to the Corksport bushings. Your car may have JBR bushings in it as they are silver
I bought the car used. n it came with a corksport bushing box. I don't remember looking at what was on the car. the bushing in the case are thick silver. 2009 mazdaspeed3.
It also came with cs short shifting plate. access port. short ram intake. test pipe. rear motor mount. I never drove a stock ms3.
I wonder if I have fuel internals.
at 52k the plugs were burnt black. car ran fine. do you know how many miles spark plugs last?
what version AP do you have? I know with the v3 you can run logs and it will tell you if you have HPFP. If not and you can check fuel injecion PSI stock should be around 1600-1700 range i heard and anything above 1800 psi is guaranteed aftermarket FP or internals
this is at WOT btw
Vincent Tenaglia I have v1. what gear should I do 2nd or 3rd. 2nd would be legal. lol
Wtf did you do to you center consol!?! Very ricer'esk. Doesn't look like a tuner's car
Wrapped it. I liked it at the time. Took it off a year ago
Michael Cheek I wrapped my interior, too. Took it off as well. Good vid, but I went with JBR because I also ordered the metal lockout plate. Definitely a recommended 1st or early mod for newbie Speed 3 owners
The way you treat your transmission is cringy
Sixspeed3 what is cringy that I do?
You were slapping it back and forth really hard..Neutral shakes are not good for anything.
The aggressive shakes were more to demonstrate the noise of the new bushings
