Dear Mr. Ramsay, Several years ago my wife was diagnosed with myotonic muscular dystrophy. Since then, I have watched areas of her life decline. She has a hard time walking, needs assistance with certain life tasks, and most devastating to her, was that she is unable to have children. She may not say it, but I know how her life has changed is depressing to her. It is hard for me as well knowing that I cannot cure her or take the pain and suffering from her. One of the things that brings a smile to her life and happiness in her heart is eating great food. I, however, am a horrible cook. Every so often I cook something that she loves, but it's definitely not that often. If you are ever in south Texas, please stop by and help me cook something that will bring some joy into her life. Have you tried watching some of the cooking shows on RUclips? I really like Chef Jean Pierre, Chef John from Food wishes, Sip and Feast and a few others. I have made many dishes from these channels and my friends and the single guys who live upstairs love when I make extra for them! Good luck to you both!
you can still learn greatly with or without, i hope ur wife recover and you become a great chef, try new stuff and try to learn deserts, man these desert are hard to make but there so worth it once you control the basics and the goods, and also learn to cook a steak, man a big brisket can feed an entire family for a month.
As an artist, I love Gordon’s work. He’s harsh, and people seem to misunderstand it, but his harshness comes from his own frustration that people can’t even meet a minimum standard (which is even more evident when these restaurants invite him). It’s because he’s passionate that he has act harsh, because that’s sometimes what it takes to get through to peoples’ heads. But he knows how to be gentle, because he also knows what it’s like to be on the bad side of upper level cooking (and believe me, all upper level arts have a bad side). Keep up the good work Gordon. At the very least, you’ve made the biggest impact on cooking you possibly could’ve ever done, and it’ll definitely be appreciated for a long time to come.
One of the most endearing qualities of Gordon Ramsay is his healing ability. There is much to expand on that term but it is a fact. Bless him and his art.
Sad to see the Giuseppy's shut down due to financial crisis, what an incredible family and I'm sure they stood high no matter how rough things got later on.
Gordon, pleeeeease visit Red Dog Saloon in Nottingham! I worked in hospitality for seven years and it was the most awful place to work. Broken sinks, poor hygiene, raw chicken, awful management (incredibly rude and creepy)… it would be amazing television

While it's not Mark's fault, it is what it is, working around food and customers eating said food just doesn't cut it. There is a treatment for hyperhidrosis with Botox and it works extremely well. Otherwise don't work in the food business unless you are in the office.
