I'm a Bengals fan that lives in Kansas City and I like both WR'ers but Chase isn't as good as Hill. Hill is an absolute game changer on every snap. Chase is great but not that. When KC let Hill walk, they ended up paying Chris Jones at DT. He had more of an impact in keeping scores low than Hill had in running the score up. 2 Super Bowls later and Miami has a good team and Kansas City has a great team.
