But you’ve definitely given me the confidence with your tutorials to color some really nice flowers. So thank you! I will be buying this book! I love your videos! Please keep them coming!😊

I have only just started watching tutorials and was drawn to yours Claire because of a link on the JB page that you put up. I've been in the garden, came in for a coffee and thought I would look for your tutorials. My coffee is now cold and I need to go back in the garden but I'll be back. Thank you for this technique video :) I'm really looking forward to trying this style out with my pencils. I use both Prismacolor and Polychromos in my coloring books.
HI, first I would just like to say that I love your tutorials. Although I have been drawing over half my life, I only started "adult" coloring very recently and believe it or not it is very easy to get lost and very confused when you have watched as many tutorials I have. Bec cause I have been drawing so long I did not think this kind of coloring would be as difficult as I am finding it. I have an excellent concept of color theory which helps. I could not fixture out what Ii was doing wrong I have purchased so, so many items that were not at all necessary for a beginner's stage. One day Ii decided on wanted a new hobby. Something that was relaxing and could occupy my mind and hands (if that makes sense) and with that I decided on coloring. From there and after watching a couple tutorials, I went to our local craft store and purchased Prismas(150 set), mineral oils, several types of blenders and so on. The ONE thing I did nt think of though was paper I do not know why paper never came to mind. Common sense should have told me that paper is as important of not more important than the pencils you are using. I was wondering if you could offer some advice on which paper works best for coloring with colored pencils. I know this can be googled, but there isn't just one answer. Search results offers a few answers. For instance vellum seemed to e very popular so I went and purchased vellum. When I got home and I opened the paper it was transparent I do nit want to waste anymore money. I have tried looking at colouring books and nowhere does it state the type of paper being used. I rent off all my coloring sheets, which I purchase from Etsy. So not only do need a good paper, but one that will go through a printer. Hope you can help
Hi there. Firstly, thankyou for your feedback on the channel. This was only ever a hobby for me, but the tutorials have helped so many people. I do, however, feel a big guilty, as you’ve clearly taken s lot of time to write. Thing is, I’m not a whizz on different types of paper. I’ve only ever coloured on the paper provided by the book publishers. However, my best friend Claire Eadie slso has a very popular channel - Colour with Claire - and she is very knowledgable on paper types. You might want to drop her s line - but make it tomorrow - as I know that she has a personal event which will mean she’s most likely not online today xx
Wonderful tutorial I just wish you zoomed in closer so I can see better what exactly your doing. I can see but I love the very close up tutorials lol and you have the best talked through tutorials
Hello Claire. This is first tutorial of urs I have watched and it certainly won't be the last. I consider myself a novice when it comes to colouring even tho I've been doing it for about 3 years. I feel I produce nice work when I have followed a tutorial. They don't always explain the techniques tho like u have. This effect u have created is stunning. It looks really effective and I thought it was going to be quite difficult but the way u have shown, I feel I can do this ( although not as beautiful as urs ). Cannot wait go try this. My world of Flowers book arrived today so I will be watching this tutorial at the weekend . Amazing video. I'm off to watch some more of ur other videos now. Xxx

After this tutorial, I’m going to try the drapes tutorial in Ivy and the Inky Butterfly. Thank you again for the AMAZING videos xxx
Really lovely video I have only just started colouring so I am looking at as many videos as I can. It’s lovely to find an English voice as most of the videos are from the USA. I just hope that I can one day colour as good as you.
I‘ve just found your channel and would really love to see you drawing something in the book ”Draw and color relaxing flowers” from Radu Frasie. It just came out and the special thing about this adult coloring book is that there are no black lines. They are in a super light grey tone so you can draw even more realistic if you want. That would be so awesome if you would order one and showed us how you’d draw in it. (I’ve ordered myself one because I loved the concept without black lines but am new to coloring and would need a tutorial on how to draw realistic in it 😅)
Roonil Wazlib well, drawing is most definitely not my forte, but as you work your way through the videos you’ll see plenty of ideas for drawing in / adding backgrounds - perspectives, sea, hills etc 🎨🎨🎨🎨
