building off that zer0 and sal has no war machine overhaul yet, what general changes to them would you like to have?

@@crapname9692 hm, im not really sure but it could be cool to see sal's gunzerk be earned more, in vanilla its essentially infinite by lategame if you want it to be, so a more bursty earn your way thing could be neat

oh slag is a short lifesteal debuff in this mod, it doesnt actually make mobs take more damage
