6 years before, a Musical Knight known as Vurez ventured the land. And from then on, beautiful remixes of nostalgic 8-bit songs have been created. Now there's just one question. "Why isn't this guy famous on RUclips?"
While it's tempting to think that, the sad reality is that people tend to have a "what have you done for me lately" mindset when it comes to subbing, and the uploader hadn't updated all that much by RUclips standards where people want content on a weekly, if not daily basis. Vurez is well known in many circles, but if you're not constantly uploading videos on a frequent basis, then you get lost in the RUclips shuffle, no matter how good your material is. This is not a complaint or a criticism, but the way of RUclips.
This is one of the most powerful and realistically emulated, instrumentation wise, tracks I've heard. You have truly captured the international essence of Mega Man 6's warriors. Been a fan for many years.
the absolute best mega man remix i have ever heard, hands down. you have truly made me cry for the first time in years. this reminds me of when i listened to my first video game remix: the alternate route. it keeps me into the feel of the music. while that was just plain upbeat and kickass, you're is epic, sad, essence capturing, and just as kickass. you have proven that remixes can work, if implimented correctly.What I have said is all I can put into words. You maintain the essence of the original theme and aura while bringing your own interpretation. Instead of transforming the song into something they want it to be as too many remixers do, you make sure that despite the augmentation of the theme, that it's true to its roots. That's not to mention the amazing sound balance, the absolutely impressive timing, and the superb instrumental choices. This is too good for me reply with anything other than the following words. Thank you for sharing it.

Very beautiful indeed. I've never heard the original, so I wouldn't know how much has been changed but, it's very well done. However, there is one thing I do want to recommend. This song has a very omnious and yet beautiful "aura" surrounding it the way it is... However, if you, by chance, happen to turn the speed of the song to approximately 120% playing speed... You could potentially turn this into a battle theme. It's completely superb the way it is, but if your in the mood...

While i agree that the beginning is beautiful and ominous, the song didn't really feel awesome till about 2/3rds of the way in. Overall though this remix makes me feel like I'm on more of a dangerous quest rather than a scenic dash to the boss like the original does. Not to say the original was bad, it was pretty damn awesome, but this just makes the situation feel more serious while still being entertaining! :D
Anyone else think knightman should have been given a big ass sword instead of that useless mace? I have to say knightman is both my favorite boss and favorite boss theme in mm6. Theres so much potential, I mean just look at him, he looks like one of the megaman killers. I can just imagine him with a protoman style shield and an energy blade moping the floor with megaman.
Really? A sword can be chipped and will honestly do little damage against other armored opponents. Maces are diabolical on the other hand. Imagine fighting against an opponent with that weapon for a second, not only will you be jarred from repeated blows, you won't really be able to pin down a defensive position as you have to worry about your armor that has slowly begun to collapse into you. Now, if you're a robot designer that wants to make a fighter like Knight Man, a mace or morning star would probably be a rather great choice to damage and subdue other robots in combat.
hense why i said an energy sword like the one sword man uses in mm8 or the beam saber zero uses. Or perhaps similar to enkers energy repulsion staff, allowing one to absorb energy and slash back with it. a plain metal sword would be almost useless. A mace can be a great power house weapon, however in mm6 its a wonky, annoying weapon. now if they had given it the range of say the metal blade, moving straight out in all 8 directions on a chain and returning, THAT would have been an awesome weapon. Or even swinging in a 360 degree top to bottom circle around megaman would have been a fantastic shield/ near space clearing weapon.

Despite what many think, that is actually a Morningstar, not a mace. if there was no chain, it would be considered a mace I play Dungeons and Dragons, I would know.
Actually, it still wouldn't be a mace if there was no chain. Maces have plain balls, or balls with blunt protrusions (they don't have to be balls, either, but that's the stereotypical look). If it is spiked, that makes it a morning star. Flails are maces, morning stars, or other hurty things that are attached by a rope or chain to a handle and flailed around at people.
So, let me get this straight: Each master in MM6 has their own country of creation, right? So would Knightman's region be somewhere in Europe? Preferably around England?
