I’ve been using GTI Prolite T110 with 1.3 now going on 5 years now great results. Started out with FLG4 HVLP had issues due the fact I was a beginner with a HVLP lol Just need to add that a true compression on finishes between guns would be larger flatter surfaces. Vertical and horizontal. It is fairly easy to lay down clear on small rounded radius panels with any gun.
Really nice finish on all mukka it's not the tool it's the guy who's using it keep the faith brother
👍
I purchased a mock off GTI Pro light with the TE20 cap 1.3 and I may turn down the fluid on it because it does a beautiful job but if I would go as slow as you did with your a would be cutting runs off the bottom all the way around any panel I would paint ! I've or painted with a lot of different guns and for wait I would paint with my Sharp Finex 2000 but it's slow to work with.
Interesting that you spray the FLG5 with the fluid only 2 turns out. Others tend to use it wide open. Does it get a smoother finish with 2 vs full? Also, have you tried it with the 1.3 on base or clear? Thoughts?
great video Dred Fx !!! awesome job...👍
Thank you my friend 👍
Great review Rob you got them all nailed boss, for the price the FLG5 is a great gun I would say you could get 3 FLG5's for the price of a DV1 you then have FLG for each process, primer, base and clear.
The DV1 C1 cap is about the same as the T110 but IMO it gives a better finish👌👍
Thanks John 👍
Great review I appreciate it I don't paint alot so this video really helps to determine which to buy
Brilliant rob thanks for sharing that information great video very well explained my mate has a,devilbiss FG5 1.3 uses it for base coat paint get amazing results and a iwata Ws400 for clear coat paint flat finish 😊great results
Your welcome 👍the flg is a cracking gun and yes the ws will drop a flat finish down
Dreds in the zone gents got the reggae on looking chilled sensi 🙈🙉🙊
Something I do not get ud that the Flg is not cheaper than the gti pro... It costs almost the double
Great video, I like the FLG5 for the money. What regulator are you using?
Hi I use a devilbiss air regulator now
What is the best clear
Just found your channel ......been painting car since 2016....still using devilbiss suction cup, i want to upgrade but dont know which, now i know... Anyway your video is nice....thanks. just sub to your channel.
Nice one welcome to the channel Alesha Zahra 👍
If I got a first coat down like that I wouldn't put a second on lol ....I need to get out of the grip and rip mentality and get first coat on wet but always seem to run it so go back to grip and rip ... I always feel like 2bar is too much aswell... I'm getting some runs today lol
Bring your fluid in a bit and probably move a little bit quicker may help thanks for the feedback much appreciated 👍
that FLG5 was the champion in this video
Agree, for the money the FLG is simply amazing.

Do you know much about the devilbiss compact mini gravity feed with 1.2 mm set up? I just got the blue one with 1.0 mm and ordering uo the nozzle set for 1.2 mm..I was not able to locate a 1.2mm gun at the time so I just got the 1.0 since thats what my vendor had and order up the parts. . Im also looking at the cartman 1.2mm and the lph 80 1.2mm . Any input?
