also another thing the snowmen you find scattered around the map are actually mini events and you can pick up their stuff, for example the tophat snowmen. also there are different types of snowman, the one i found was melted by salem farm where the party bus spawns and he dropped his tophat and carrot nose, which i unlocked
also i wanna let you know that there is a little secret place that is stacked inbetween a bunch of metal cargo boxes near the crane, you gotta climb up from one side to find it

I've seen my groupmate wear it but I also think I'm tripping balls. edit: since my question has been answered, ill place a fact here to be more informative like the video you can find a ghillie box rarely at Santa's bedroom which has one of the 3 parts. This is confirmed by me when I was looting around and found one of the boxes. (disappointed that it wasn't a red festive sweater since I already got the ghillie last year)
yeah and both drop the olive NATO ammo vest and one drops the boonie hat and they each spawn in the cells in the bottom level of the cryogenic facility
