Came here after Sphinx bhai .Keep up the good work!
Thankyou so much
Here after sphinx sir tweet.
Liking and commenting on the video 👍
Thankyou so much
I feel like this is the AK47 of 3D printers. It's pure function, bit darn if it doesn't work.
If you already have a 3D printer - including this one - some of the process could be simplified at the cost of PVC filament, I think. You could print your own T and L connectors on the frame, for instance. The X axis mountings could also be 3D printed instead of "machined", and instead of using zip-ties to secure the line bearings, you could make some form if either press-fit or welded attachment instead.
Also, to make the machine more robust, consider weaving the wires into the pipes. Exposed wiring is wiring that can take damage after all.
Great build, and I hope you iterate this design. It has a lot of promise!
Thankyou so much for your suggestion but I already did everything you mentioned.
Please check my earlier videos....you'll find an aluminium extrusion printer too...
And thank you for watching and don't forget to subscribe 😊😊😊
Sphinx bhai ne bheja hai. Lage raho
Thankyou so much
Came here from after sphinx tweet. You got yourself one more fan brother. Keep up the good work.
Thankyou so much
Making India proud, great job buddy
Thankyou so much bro, don't forget to subscribe 😊😊😊
Sphinx bought me here...keep up the good work man.
Thanks for coming
For those in SAE countries, 3/8 " or 5/16" threaded rods and nuts can be used.
Cool project! Why don't you try running Klipper on it? It is a great firmware for 3D printers and can allow your printer to print much faster, have a very useful web interface, tons of customization and lot more.
I am working on it, actually this printer is for the people who needs to make a cheap 3D printer, and for clipper we need to use raspberry pi...
Can u prove with raspberry pi zero 2 or similar cheap board, I saw that is posible, it could be more economic than Pi3 or pi4 and also work, I would like to see if this project can be done, I am an economics student so I am not good at these things but I love your project and it would be great to use klipper . Thanks in advance, like for the video.
This is a really good, and informative video! I'm actually thinking about building this 3d printer.
Thankyou for your comment and don't forget to subscribe 😊😊😊😊
Here after post by Sphinex sir
Thankyou so much
thank you for the video. Its my first 3d printer build. Which frame do you think its better for beginner, should I cut pipes?
Yes go for pvc pipe, it is affordable.

I'm using lead screw with print bed stepper motor instead of timing belt so, will it be moving the the bed in exact measurements as in timing belt scenario or should I be doing any tweaks in code?
You cannot use lead screw for print bed, because the Y & X axis requires much speed which can only be achieved using the timing belt, using the lead screw will reduce the speed.
Sir can we use the lcd screen that comes with the arduino starter kit the lcd name is l2c lcd 16x02 HD44780?
No you cannot... because the code is written only for lcd 2004 and Lcd 12864
sir i am using HR4988sq drivers now the motors are not working what should i do what if change those drivers it will work. Is these motors work with HR4988sq drivers or not.
Are these motor vibrating ? Or not working
This thing is so ghetto I love it.
at that price you can get a good ender. and for a little bit more one of the new ender v3s. neat little project but not cost effective compared to a complete unit that will perform the same and be more solid
There's a difference between a ready made product and a DIY product.
Awesome work!
Thankyou so much
That's too good.Keep it up saar
Thankyou so much
Keep up the good work brother!
Thankyou so much
Hey sir , where can i find the paper that u used for polycarbonate sheet (the one that includes the size and holes)
The link is in the description bro ....
And don't forget to subscribe 😊😊😊
sorry i cant buy it brother
i do not have money sir. @@MechNinja
Brother the code costs approx. 3% of the cost of the printer...:)
i dont have a credit card
and its expensive to make one that works internationally@@MechNinja
Nice explanation thankyou for making this video really helpful
Thankyou for watching and don't forget to subscribe 😊😊😊😊
Bhai. Keep rocking. Subscribed
Thankyou so much

Brilliant ! Wish you all the love and success ♥🫡
I am a software developer, and this is what engineering looks like. Feel like I was scammed, lol. I will give this a shot. Very stupid question, what kind of saw do you use to cut the board ? And drill bit size as well. 🙈
Drill bit size 3 mm for zip tie and 8 mm for rods, and normal hex saw blade
Great work
Thankyou so much
Brilliant
Thankyou so much
❤ it. I am hyped.
Thankyou so much
sangat bagus....

Thanks to Sphinx Bhai, we are no longer slaves of the algorithm.
Thank you so much
Bhai code file ka baad bhi screen nhi chal rahe(2004 smart display). Any suggestions?
Or 628zz bearing ka use nhi hai kahe
Mail me your number
In which link can I get printout
for cutting polycarbonate sheet, can you pin it
3D printer code and file
Keep it up. ❤❤❤
Thank you so much
After watching this diy tutorial i suceesfully purchased a 3 d printer 😂
Good 😊😊
Using 2 motors for z axis is necessary?
Yes it is necessary...because diy printer x axis is heavy.
Ok and how about i use 28byj for filament puller ?
@@theflamecoreguy7929don't use use the nema 17 bipolar stepper
Brother, where is the design and size of the axes
Brother the size of the axis are in the video... please watch without skipping.....i have mentioned everything...
And you the download link is in the description....
And thankyou for watching and don't forget to subscribe 😊😊😊😊😊
Keep it up, you will do wonders one day.
Thankyou so much
Bhai please team up with someone and start your own startup , indians desperately need these , it'll be a hit , probably youll be hailed as a revolutionary . 3d printers , electric bikes , drone motors , drones , automatic household cleaning devices . With some good investment and a talented team you could probably design industry grade systems at cheap price , probably will help completely cut off the dependancy on chineese in extensively used technology in a decade or so .
W bro
Thankyou so much
hello bro , can you sell this printer?
please its really important
