Hi Dhanya, I think you should continue to post lengthy videos . Because that's the USP of your show, people who watch your shows are completely prepared and ready to spend 30-40 minutes to indulge in your unique deep formatted conversation. Short formatted videos spoil the essence of it.
I've underestimated this man a alot.. but after listening him talk, i got to know i was so wrong. Being a master chef he talks very little about food, and more about life and its nuances which fills us with inspiration. There is so much special about chef pillai. I recommend everybody reading this comment to watch his talk series in safari tv.

I really could not digest how he talks about his wife, how she is the only one cooking at home.. how only she had to adjust according to his life.. and talking about what she did as blessing is really the glorification of all these. I really could not stand that. And when he refers to cooking at home, he is referring only to women. Patriarchy is so loud.
He is the most overrated person in Kerala now. Selling average yet overpriced food through brilliant marketing trick. He talks about luxury but selling food items priced 900 Rs+
