What a guitar explosive sound that rocks the arena
Magnificent !
LOVE how Stewart just comes out blasting away
the crowd gets ready for a show to start with the guitar rhythm beat I like the bass sound to it
I like the guitar rhythm beat to it as the bass guitar sound with it
Another of my life's regrets! Not seeing the.Police in concert! Praying that they come across the pond for a reunion.concert tour in the States! 🙏
This rocks
let's kick off the program with the bass sound
Anyone know what kind of drum machine was used here?
Gino DiCarlo a guy named Stewart Copeland not a drum machine. One of the best drummers ever.
The intro is no doubt a drum machine. Copeland is what you would call a God.
Sounds like the Roland CompuRhythm CR-78
You are correct. Roland CR-78. Stewart also used a LinnDrum prototype around this time for sound FX like the "bomb drop" in Born in the 50's as well as a Casio MT-65.
ChaCha pattern from Roland CR78 for sure, identical to the one used on Maze - Joy and Pain 👍🏻🤘
same one as Phil Collins used on Face Value
İnside my right handddddddd !
😝
