      Not helpful.. its dead wrong.. you NEVER push air into the vial and create positive pressure inside.. that is reserved for NON-HAZARDOUS drugs...

    If that is a hazardous drug vial.. putting air into the vial like you did is INCORRECT... you should correct this ASAP !

      This is called negative pressure technique... and chemo compounding is done in biosafety cabinet... so it is safe...
