    Just curious, but after an hour the stone just got to 500F? The regular stone gets to well over 700F in half that time. What am I missing?

      The Biscotto stone got 500 C not F , 900 F. This will keep more hot than the original stone. Thank you for your comment

      You can just change one or both stones. Is depends of choice.
