A friend from Spain taught me how to cook chicken thighs better than KFC!
Ingredients:
12 chicken thighs.
Make cuts like in the video.
200g butter.
melt.
10 g salt.
10 g sweet paprika powder.
mix well.
Vegetable oil: 20 ml.
Soy sauce: 30 ml.
black pepper.
Coriander.
2 cloves of garlic.
20 g honey.
mix well.
Add to the chicken thighs and stir.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C / 356 °F.
Bake for another 10 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.
Broccoli: 300 g.
1 liter of water.
1 spoon of salt.
cook until done.
Salt.
dry garlic.
Paprika.
Oil: 20 ml.
mix well.
Do it like in the video.
Spread sauce on broccoli.
Grate the Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C / 356 °F.
Vegetable fat.
Soy sauce.
yoghurt.
2 cloves of garlic.
Ginger.
Lemon juice.
spoon of honey.
Beat with a mixer.
Bon appetit!
