Opie is a painfully average guy. He doesn’t have a way with words, he’s not witty or clever.
His arrogance both got him to where he was and destroyed him. It was never a calculated move, he would just explain the wreckage as if he saw it coming. The worst thing for a narcissist is unearned success, it reaffirms all of their delusions and only makes them worse
@@lt.finglefubledingler1972 well said, I’m glad the general public is becoming more aware of people like Opie and are calling them out and seeing them for what they are. Most narcs are unredeemable without heavy work on themselves.

when ant or jim get into global politics, i want to rip my face off. they're unbelievably naive. both over 40 and they still think countries have a "I'm top dog, us vs them" mentality. they seem to forget all about the $ and just go back to some egotistical schoolyard team picking thing.
Yeah, usually Ant and Jim are spot on about most things but they miss the mark on just how much of a poor state America is in. I lost a bit of respect when they treated Jesse Ventura the way they did because he is somebody who wants to change this country for the better. The fact Ant and Jim agree with the TSA is abysmal.
