Just ordered the 1TB OLED, if steam released an update which one can adjust the display settings. Like contrast/gamma/black level and contrast enhancer to name a few then these issues would not be relevant imo.

just a tip, don't put the steam deck in the case like that when running things, the intake for cooling is on the back, so you're liable to have issues with thermals blocking them like that, or worse you can damage your system. glhf!

Dude can you please give your honest opinion, would you prefer gaming on this one with the etched glass or the one without the premium etched glass? Cuz the rest of these RUclipsrs aren’t making a lot of sense
I use glossy screen protector now just because I'm scared of scratching it. But honestly, etched or no etched feels the same to me. Once you're in the game the slight (if any) difference of vibrancy doesn't effect the game at all
I still wonder if should gone with the 1TB version over the 512 though like the screen better over this one I own a LCD 512 and hate the foggie screen, make it look dirty. The onyl thign i like ti 1TB and to afraid to switch SSD with my eye issue feel like I would break ro lose something. I could ahve gotten the Limited that day but thought ti was wya to mcuh plus it tno purplke lol, if had been then yes fort me. Tbh, it's an impulse buy, so I didn't do any research whatsoever. I didn't know the 1tb one has etched glass until it's already been shipped 🤣
I only went for the 1tb one because I can't be bothered to upgrade the ssd myself. Even if I had bought the 512 one and gonna upgrade, it would be just to 1tb because 2tb seems a bit overkill for me. So I thought, why not just go with 1tb.
At the moment, I don't think the etched screen is foggy or muddy. It just looks amazing, but I've never seen a glossy one, so take it with a grain of salt.
Oh yeah, I'm currently playing AC black flag and dave the diver on my deck right now. I already bought AC origin and odyssey so I'll probably play that next once I finished black flag
Well either is good,, i aheboth version from the old version and new. I bought my because i wanted to save money, and the screen does look good but fi nto takign this outside ti eprfect for me, most fo the time I will sue in doors so the screen thing is useless. But do like knwoing ti had 1TB which I wish i ahd gotten, now I cna up[[grade it but afraid i will mess it up, 2 TB seem good too but the price is just to much so 1TB is enough with sd cards.@@ragdoll_pajama
Niuce, i bought a few the other sale but wondering if should pick up a few mroe before this one ends. If i could find a way to make the control work for Gamepoass I woudl eb set but not sure what I am doing with that, did everythign right but can't seem to sue the control part on it which is shame. I have to see if shoudl buy a few mroe and see if shoudl ro not this the tiem to buy agmes that are on sale.@@ragdoll_pajama
