Bro, do you ever look back and wonder where all the time has gone? I remember playing this on my grandma’s XPS while she would be cooking dinner and never getting past the damn Ga-Koro portion of the game cause I didn’t understand what to do with everything. Also all the flax. So much simpler times back then…crazy to think about how old we are and where we are in life compared to back then. Listening to this makes me nostalgic, but in a sad way. Still, very beautiful rip. Thanks for helping keep the bonkle spirit alive.
To me, this song captures so much mystery and wonder and serenity not only of the reefs around ga-koro, but the ocean in the real world as well. It may be one of the reasons I love the ocean and draw so much inspiration and wonder from it. Thank you for putting your love and attention into this little slice of something that means so much to so many.
One of my favorite tracks from Bionicle in general. Just love the reverberating element to the music. Gives me the same calming effect as the likes of Stuart Dempster´s "Underground Overlays From The Cistern Chapel" , or their collaboration with Pauline Oliveros and Panaiotis with "Deep Listening". Thank you for giving this track a new lease in life.

The ga koro theme is going to be a huge undertaking with complex sound design required to make it sound convincing but i plan on it and have already started trying to reverse engineer it

Your work is unbelievable. I listen to your stuff on repeat and now we have this gem. You should take a shot at making original Bionicle-esque soundtracks. Imagine mixing the early flash game music with the later Cryoshell instrumentals. Almost like a soundtrack to a hypothetical Bionicle game.
There remakes are really great The graphics of both games aged very well, thanks to being on flash, but the compressed music not so much Being able to hear them in high quality is so nice
I must have spent hours just listening to this I harvested Kelp and Shells, thinking they must have some greater use.. Nah, pretty sure you only needed like, one each to progress! Still though, those hours were by no means wasted!
