    These Electrolux washing machines are truly the best around and sadly, big stores so not stock them...
    Easiest machines to repair and very, very few parts to replace; they're just designed for easy maintenance.
    Great video... Far easier than Whirlpool etc and their multiple subassemblies!

    The eied55hiw0 has 2 control boards. Which one would you suggest if my dryer is running, but when I open the door, the drum stops, but the heating element stays on unless I hit the cancel button. Would that be this board, or the other one that the controls connect on to?

    1:02 I found it helpful to use a non-metal "spudger" tool to disconnect the connectors on the top of the main control board. (That way, you can use the spudger to push up on the plastic connector itself rather than pulling up on the wires with your fingers, eliminating the risk that any wires will get pulled out of the connector.)
