I learned yesterday that Drivers are basically PR face of UPS. Also UPS loses $0.10 per residential delivery, apparently they make most of their money from businesses. Is this true @BrickedOutMedia?
Well, yes, the drivers are the PR face because that's who the customers and general public see. Secondly, I'm not sure about the $.10 per resi loss, could be right, but I'm not sure. I know for a fact that business stops rake in most of the money : Next Day Air delivery which costs $$$, you'll get heavier packages which = more $$$, and you'll get bulk stops=more packages per stop=more $$$ per stop.
