As a huge Jeff Beck fan I hope his collaboration with Johnny Depp introduces him to people who might not have otherwise heard of him. Jeff is one of the greatest guitarists of all time.

This was such an amazing set that night in Dallas in September 2019 at the Eric Clapton CROSSROADS Guitar Festival. Johnny Depp simply walked on stage -- there was no introduction or announcement. He and Beck immediately started in with this song, "Isolation" and you could hear the audience all around trying to figure out who that was on stage. "Who is that?" "Is that Johnny Depp?" "No way..." "Oh, my God, that's Johnny Depp!" And on it went for the first half-minute. Finally, people settled down and enjoyed the music -- so fantastic!

During the Pandemic Lock Down, this Lennon song gave me some validation for my feelings of being alone with no work. I sort of enjoyed the isolation, and yet the desperation of Depp's vocals and the soaring guitar of Jeff Beck dug out a lot of the sadness of my own loneliness. Thank you, Jeff Beck, and Rest in Peace, sir - thanks so much for all your artistry and personal integrity.

I never knew Johnny Depp was a singer. He sounds awesome. As much as I love John Lennon, this is clearly Johnny Depp's song now. No-one else has ever or will ever be able to sing the words "You're just a human, a victim of the insane" with as much poignancy and honesty as Depp does here. This recording needs to be #1. Jeff Beck Robyn Trower (been to see him at the Roseland Theater almost around 7 or 8 times now) Eric Clapton those are my guitar greats. Wish I could of seen Gary Moore. Man I feel Pat Travers never quite reached his potential cause man he's had some mean moments on the six string but the songs that end up on his album are mostly not on the level they should be for the level of guitar he can play.
