Every builder and broker in Gurgaon will tell you that every location is just four or five minutes away from their property. But imagine-just 30 minutes of rain, and you're stuck in a traffic jam that lasts forever. It doesn’t matter if you’re living in a ₹5 crore home or some so-called luxury address; Gurgaon is grossly overpriced and overhyped. I can’t understand who is buying these flats, especially when brokers will say anything, make anything available, just to pocket their hefty commissions.
@@arunmathuria321 I agree that Gurgaon infrastructure is not up to the mark. But I would like to divert your attention to Dwarka Expressway, water logging situation is not there at all. Even at this time, when it’s raining heavily , might be possible that whole Gurgaon chokes but Dwarka Expressway will stand. Also if you are working in Gurgaon, it’s a necessity for you to stay around. And we thus provide you an alternative for your home which stands near to Delhi as well as Gurgaon.
