    What are the Extentions useful for Angular 17 development?

    • @AyyazTech
      @AyyazTech 10 месяцев назад

      When developing with Angular 17, several Visual Studio Code (VS Code) extensions can significantly enhance your productivity, improve your code quality, and streamline your development process. Here's a list of some useful extensions:
      Angular Language Service: Provides a rich editing experience for Angular templates, including autocompletion, diagnostics, and hover tooltips.
      Angular Snippets: Offers TypeScript, HTML, and Angular snippets that can speed up coding by providing quick access to common code blocks and configurations.
      TypeScript Hero: Helps manage your TypeScript imports and organizes them neatly. It can also help in refactoring by removing unused code and adding missing imports.
      Prettier - Code Formatter: An opinionated code formatter that supports many languages, including TypeScript and HTML. It ensures consistent code style across your team.
      TSLint: (Note: TSLint has been deprecated in favor of ESLint) It lints your TypeScript code based on your defined guidelines. For Angular 17, you might need to shift towards using ESLint with an Angular-specific configuration.
      ESLint: A powerful tool for identifying and reporting on patterns in JavaScript, with support for TypeScript. Make sure to use it with the proper Angular configurations.
      Debugger for Chrome/Firefox: Allows you to debug your JavaScript code running in the Chrome or Firefox browser directly from VS Code.
      GitLens: Supercharges the Git capabilities built into Visual Studio Code, helping you visualize code authorship at a glance via Git blame annotations and code lens.
      Bracket Pair Colorizer: This extension allows matching brackets to be identified with colors. The user can define which characters to match, and which colors to use, making the code more readable.
      Auto Import: Automatically finds, parses, and provides code actions and code completion for all available imports. Works with TypeScript and TSX.
      npm Intellisense: Visual Studio Code plugin that autocompletes npm modules in import statements.
      Path Intellisense: Autocompletes filenames, making it easier to navigate through your project and reference files.
      Angular Console: A more user-friendly interface for the Angular CLI. You can use it to run Angular CLI commands and more from a GUI within VS Code.
      Angular2 Switcher: Easily navigate between your Angular component files, such as the HTML template, CSS, and TypeScript parts.
      Nx Console: Provides a user interface for managing and running tasks in an Nx workspace, making it easier to use powerful capabilities of Nx without needing to remember complex command-line arguments.
      GitHub Copilot: Developed by GitHub and OpenAI, Copilot is an AI-powered code completion tool that can significantly enhance productivity in Angular 17 development. It suggests entire lines or blocks of code as you type, based on the context provided by your current code, comments, and cursor position. Copilot is trained on a myriad of code sources, including public code repositories on GitHub
      Remember, while extensions can significantly enhance your development experience, it's essential to install only those you need. Having too many extensions can slow down your editor. Also, ensure that any extension you choose is compatible with Angular 17 and regularly maintained.

    Sir please make server side pegination and search and filter using skeleton loading when I click on pegination button it shows loading first then show data

    • @AyyazTech
      @AyyazTech 10 месяцев назад +3

      Your request for a tutorial on server-side pagination, search, filter, and skeleton loading in Angular is a fantastic idea! It's a common pattern in modern web applications, providing a smooth user experience while handling large datasets efficiently. I've noted your suggestion, and it sounds like a great topic for an upcoming video on AyyazTech.
      In the meantime, here's a brief overview of what this might involve:
      Server-Side Pagination: Implementing server-side pagination requires your backend to support sending only a chunk of data at a time (e.g., 10 items per page) and to accept parameters for the page number and size. The frontend sends these parameters with each request, and the server responds with the corresponding data slice.
      Search and Filter: This typically involves sending additional parameters from the frontend to the server (like search keywords or filter criteria). The server then processes these parameters and returns the filtered, paginated results.
      Skeleton Loading: While the data is being fetched, you'd show a placeholder UI to indicate that content is loading. This is often done using "skeleton screens," which are blank versions of the page into which information will be loaded.
      Implementing with Angular: You'd likely use Angular's HTTPClient to make requests to your server, along with RxJS to handle the asynchronous nature of HTTP requests. You might also use Angular's structural directives (like *ngIf and *ngFor) to control the rendering of your data and skeletons.
      When clicking on a pagination button:
      Trigger a request to the server with the updated page number.
      Show the skeleton screen immediately to indicate loading.
      Once the data arrives, replace the skeleton screen with the actual data.
      Remember, implementing this will require a good understanding of both your frontend framework (Angular) and your backend setup. Each part must be correctly configured to understand and process the requests and responses appropriately.
