such a sweetheart omg 🥹 i think your baking videos are some of my favourite videos from you Jinkyung, especially during a time where i’m trying to figure out how to bake for myself 😅 i was never taught to bake so i watch your videos like this so attentively. maybe i don’t bake well, but i must tell you ( and anyone curious viewing it ) this tip i learned from my great grandmother that i fail to use myself (😅) i understand how stressful it was for you to have to place the breads individually in order to freeze and preserve them as they were all crumbling (16:04), i experienced it the same way during my last attempt and it’s frustrating 😢 but a very nice way to preserve them well while also being able to grab just one and thaw as you please is to gather either a plate or tin container (?) , like the bottom with bread, and once it’s layered add a piece of parchment paper and layer again over and over until either the tin is full or the bread is gone. it’s very convenient if you don’t want your bread to both fall apart and break, because i know bread like this is very flimsy and as you’ve given so many tips in this video that were very helpful to me, i want to share a helpful thing to you to be helpful as well 💗also for anyone who happens to read my yapping 🙈 if you can’t do the parchment paper lining the way Jinkyung does (cause ultimately that’s so creative, i never thought to cut the paper that way) then use an oil to line your pan rather than a cooking spray. cooking spray happens not to work well whereas you’ll never have a stained pan again if you like it with oil (such as a vegetable oil) trust me in that one, just made your life 10x easier 😅 ANYWAYS, this video was so cute, and the bread looks so yummy 🥹 i was very worried when the bread was only baked for 30ish minutes (as yummy as the raw dough may be 🙈) but of course you dealt with it beautifully 💕 and your multi tasking to be making 2 breads at once is simply phenomenal, maybe it seems simple but i admire you so well to do it 🥹 if i ever find all these ingredients (and courage 🤣😭), i’ll try to make this bread one day because truthfully i became inspired now especially as my batches of cupcakes made were inedible 🤐 so glad to come here from a video today, a true gift to see you and your sweet self! i think i’ll become emotional now, because your demeanor on camera now is as if you’ve been doing it forever! you’ve grown so much as a person and i’m so so proud of you and the fact i could witness your growth in such manner. being your fan is such a blessing , you’ve taught me so much these past 3 years! i hope you’ll be well these days, your video upload was such a gift to me as these days isn’t “merry and bright” as they say it should be 🙈 a final thank you to you Jinkyung, thank you for being my reason whether it be to smile or to live. you’re a true blessing my love 🥹💗 take care talented girl and the apologies for making you such a long paragraph 😅 ~ Rylie 🫶🏻
