Legitimacy is a totally unnecessary mechanic, it’s annoying. The reason why the plague mechanic is disliked is because they happen far too often. The problem with legends is they cost too much to keep running and the benefits are tiny. As for funerals, my god please end the funeral after the 4th round of decisions, they go on and on and on.
It is telling how poorly thought out this DLC has been when a DLC adding legends and burial activities does not have a tomb as a legendary building type.
Biggest fu with this dlc isn't just that it's well. . Underwhelming but that the legitimacy system is wholly balanced around the dlc. Meaning are guaranteed to have a harder time without it. Especially if you're getting spammed by plagues
It's such a shame this DLC had such cool concepts and ideas and just didn't deliver. It's still fun to play around but as with all the dlc besides maybe Tours and Tournaments you experience everything way too quickly
