I'm giving diet as given below . 7 am - smoothie ( greek yoghurt +seed +dry fruit +fresh exotic fruit) 9 am - sprouts ( after washed with hot water) 11 am - Boiled ( Paneer +broccoli + drumsticks + sweetcorn +sweet potato) 01 pm- coconut water 02:30 - Home made multi grain Roti + Sabji 04 pm- Any fresh fruit/tea(without white sugar) with Fried dry fruit ( FRIED IN HOME MADE PURE GHEE) 06pm - coconut water 0830 - 0900 pm - multi grain roti/ brown rice with Sabji. Is this a good diet ?? Plz give you suggestions. My wife is not having any other problems like BP, sugar etc.
